	10am - 11.30am	Baby Massage Classes - for families living within Westfield Children's Centre area, £10 donation, please contact the office to book for our next course
Tuesday	9.30am - 3.30pm (monthly)	Antenatal Classes run by Jo (please contact your midwife for more information and dates)
	11am - 12.30pm	Postnatal Breastfeeding Drop In (for details of other breastfeeding support groups in the local area please click here - 664kb)
	12.30 - 1.30pm	First Timers - Under 1's Stay & Play group
Wednesday	10.00 - 11.00am	Baby Yoga - please contact Claire of Esprit Yoga on 07980 415698 for more information
	12.30 - 2.30pm	Rainbows Stay & Play session - £1 per family
	By appointment!	Job Centre Plus sessions - please contact you Lone Parent Adviser on 01923 204716 to book your appointment
	1pm - 3pm (monthly)	Roshni - monthly support group for Asian mothers who have children with Special Needs (please check with office for dates)
Thursday	1 - 2.30pm	Positive Beginnings by invitation from a Partner of Westfield Children's Centre
	1pm - 3pm	Baby Clinic
Friday	1 - 2.20pm	Little Readers Rhyme Time
Saturday	10am - 1pm (monthly)	Antenatal Breastfeeding Workshops for ladies who are booked into Watford General Hospital (please contact office for more information and to book)
	10am - 12pm	Dads 2 - monthly play session for all male carers with children aged up to 11 years old (1st Saturday of each month). £1 per family. For details of other Dads Groups in Watford please click here ( 574kb)

The antenatal classes listed above are provided free of charge for families who are booked to have their baby at Watford General Hospital. You will be asked to provide your hospital number when booking for these classes. This can be found on the white address label of your maternity record and starts with either a W or M followed by 6 numbers.

We can also provide support and advice on a wide range on matters such as domestic abuse, school admissions, housing, finances and much, much more - please come in and ask us, contact us by telephone or send us an email.

Please note that most of these sessions run term time only.  Westfield Children’s Centre does run a programme of events during school holidays and a separate newsletter is produced advertising these events.
