Consultation and Participation

The services that Children’s Centres provide are customer focussed and user led. So if you are a family with children under the age of five living in the Sopwell or Verulam wards, we urgently need your feedback about which services you require.  Please complete this questionnaire and return it to the Children’s Centre Manager as soon as possible. Feedback from you is continually required and really valuable. It will help to ensure that your local Children’s Centre is delivering the services of most use to its community.
