Registration

When new families first attend the Children’s Centre for the first time, they will be asked to complete a registration form for their child/ren.

It is important that we have this information for monitoring purposes, to ensure that we are reaching and serving all of the local community and also to help us acquire funding for future local services. If you need help answering these questions, please ask.

This information will be held confidentially and shared with the Hertfordshire Sure Start Children’s Centres and partner organisations such as Hertfordshire County Council services, health services and children’s agencies, for the purpose of contacting families to provide appropriate services, evaluate service provision and for statistical analysis. .

Whilst at the Children’s Centre, your child/ren will remain your responsibility. You will need to read, understand and abide by the welcoming policy (rules & regulations) on the reverse of the registration form (attached below) to help ensure that your visit and all other visitors’ experiences are positive and welcoming.

You will only need to complete the registration information once for all services run directly by the Children’s Centre - but please ensure that you inform us if your details change (please note that other service providers also operate from this building & may require other data from you).
