Family Support

Hertford Selections Children's Centre has two part-time Outreach Workers who can be contacted by families or professionals.

They can provide :-

contact details for local todder groups.

information for local daycare and preschool provision.

a listening ear when you need it.

help with accessing supportive services.

support with nursery or school applications.

support to understand children's development and behaviour.

They have been trained :-

to support families with a common assessment approach.

to attend team around the child / family meetings.

in the use of Early Support approach for children with additional needs.
