Rickmansworth Children’s Centre will be running new courses of ‘Mums of Steel Stroller Strength Fitness’ again in the spring.
Each course runs for 8 weeks, and will take place in King George V Playing Fields next to the centre - whatever the weather!

Learn more about your child’s speech and language with a qualified Speech and Language Therapist at Rickmansworth Children’s Centre. Informal, friendly sessions for all children aged 2-4 years aimed at encouraging communication with music, stories and games. The activities help parents and children to enjoy a busy, fun-packed hour whilst encouraging speech and language development.
