Review of Summer 2011

Despite the rain a good time was had by all at the Orchard Children's Centre teddy bear's picnic on 18th August 2011. Heavy rain preventing the picnic being held outside but the teddy bears were happy to camp in the Children's Centre for lunch. Luckily the sun shone at our Family Fun session on 30th July 2011.

Good Fun was had by all over the summer here at Orchard Children’s Centre

21 Families attended the family picnics

“All the children enjoyed making their own lunch. A huge range to choose from – very healthy, well done! A good day” said one of our parents.

14 Families attended the Craft sessions at Long Marston village hall

Activities included painting, making hats, junk modelling, playdoh and lots more.

18 Families attended the Family Fun here at the Children’s Centre
