eSTARTeStART is the software used throughout Children’s Centres in Hertfordshire to aid efficiency and reduce administration. Training courses are run on a regular basis and all Children Centre Managers are notified of the dates relevant to the phase of the centre. Termly User groups are held at Hertfordshire Development Centre, Robertson House, Stevenage, enabling centre staff to meet administrative and eStart support staff as well as one another. This encourages and supports good practice in children's centres. A proposed agenda is published with the invite to allow for input from centre staff and suggestions for the agenda are warmly welcome. Once again Centre Managers are notified of these dates and asked to book at least one member of staff to attend.
