What is a Children's Centre?

Children's Centres are central to the governments 10 year strategy to deliver better outcomes for children.

By 2010 there will be a centre in every community offering a range of services to support families with children under 5.

Designed to be a 'one stop shop' within pram pushing distance. Each centre offers different services so its worth checking them out. Some centres also offer daycare.
