About the Centre
De Havilland Children's Centre is based at De Havilland School, in Hatfield. We provide activities and support to all families with children under 5 living in South Hatfield and Welham Green. We work with pre school, schools, health care and child care providers as well as job centre plus and other partners. We have close links with Oak View, St Philip Howard and St Mary's Schools and their nurseries. Many activities are at De Havilland but we also work elsewhere in the community including Hatfield Leisure Centre, Oak View School and the Memorial Hall in Welham Green. We also visit families in their own home if they cannot get to the centre.
