Beechfield Children's Centre

About the Centre

In 2006 Watford and District YMCA were appointed lead agency status to develop two children’s centres in Watford; Beechfield in Gammons Lane and Littlebury in Mildred Avenue.

As a centre we work closely with our local schools (Beechfield, Orchard, HolyRood Catholic, Cherry Tree and Nascot Wood Infant and Junior schools).  We also have links with the pre-schools and day nurseries in our centre area, as well as childminders in the local area.

Once you have registered with us you will receive regular newsletters.   Copies of the newsletters are also available from the centre. Please just ask a member of staff.

The centre is open from Mondays to Fridays 9 am – 5 pm.   We have a Dads session on the last Saturday of every month.   We are closed on Bank Holidays but do run sessions during school holidays, although times of sessions may vary.
